"Unable to connect to the VPN provider" error in Kaspersky Secure Connection for Android

If you get the "Unable to connect to the VPN provider. Please try again later" error message in Kaspersky Secure Connection for Android, please check the following:

  • if your device is connected to the internet. Also, check if the network you are connected to requires authentication. 
  • if your internet provider allows VPN connections.  
  • if your proxy server connection settings are correct, in case you use proxy.
If the issue remains, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support via My Kaspersky.
