Installation files are corrupted
In case you receive this error during the installation of a Kaspersky Lab product:
- Download the installer from the Kaspersky Lab website.
- Try to install the application once again.
If the issue persists, send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky portal. In your request, give a detailed description of the problem. You can find the information on how to use the service in My Kaspersky Online help page.
