Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 MP1 (build 7.0.1.325)

 
I think my computer is infected with virus unknown to Kaspersky Lab. How can I detect this virus?

When working with your computer you may experience strange network/ disk activity similar to malware/ virus activity, however Kaspersky Anti-Virus with the latest anti-virus updates does not detect any suspicious for infection/ infected file. In this case you are recommended to use the following additional means to detect, disinfect and delete viruses and any traces of their activity from your PC:

  • Send suspicious files for analysis to Kaspersky Lab newvirus@kaspersky.com (before sending the files, pack these files into an archive with the password infected; give the password in the mail to virus experts).
