After installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows Service Pack 2, Windows may stop responding or return a stop error at system startup, or when starting a task. This most probably happens due to a conflict between Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows Service Pack 2 and other software installed on the computer, or with hardware drivers.

To solve such issues, Kaspersky Technical Support engineers may request application trace files.

If it is not possible to enable tracing from the GUI, please follow the recommendations below.

1. How to enable or disable tracing using registry keys

2. How to write and save trace files to a custom folder using registry keys

3. How to change the tracing level to 700-800 using registry keys

Send the trace file and a description of your issue to Technical Support.
