If you encrypt files with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows and you are going to update the application to Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 2 (version 10.2.4.674), it's necessary to update AES Encryption module to 1.1.0.73 version.
Installation is available:
Beta-versions of AES Encryption module can not be updated to version 1.1.0.73.
If you have Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 for Windows and AES Encryption module version 1.0.2.1068 installed, you can update AES Encryption module to version 1.1.0.73 via Kaspersky Lab update service.
Beta-versions of AES Encryption module can not be updated to 1.1.0.73.
Pay attention to the special features of the Encryption module update process:
AES Encryption module version 1.1.0.73 is included in the Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 2 for Windows.
If FDE or FLE is installed, the AES Encryption module version 1.1.0.73 will run automatically.
If the AES Encryption module version 1.0.0.724, 1.0.1.814 or 1.0.2.1068 is already installed on the computer, then it will be updated to version 1.1.0.73 automatically.
