Secure connection is not available in Kaspersky Secure Connection

When you try to establish a secure connection using Kaspersky Secure Connection, you may see the notification that secure connection is unavailable. Check the following:

  • Internet connection. The application cannot work without the Internet connection. 
  • If the firewall is enabled. If the firewall is enabled, disable it.
  • If VPN connection is allowed.  
  • Other applications that use VPN connection installed on your computer. Close them if any of them are running.
  • Proxy server settings (if you connect through proxy).
If the issue persists, send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky portal. Please describe the problem in detail in the request. To learn how to use My Kaspersky, see this Online Help page.
