If, when attempting to establish a secure connection using Kaspersky Secure Connection, you see the notification “Secure connection is not available”, try again in an hour. 

If the error persists, submit a request to Kasperky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky portal. Include a detailed description of the issue.
