If you change the default Download and install updates option during the installation of Windows 10 Creators Update (Redstone 2) on a computer with the Network Agent, available updates will not be displayed for that computer in Kaspersky Security Center 10 (if it is used as a WSUS server).

Available updates will display correctly if you:

  • Reinstall the Network Agent.
  • or
  • Reassign Kaspersky Security Center 10 as a WSUS server (in the Administration Server policy settings, go to the Software updates and vulnerabilities section and clear, then reselect, the check box Use Administration Server as WSUS-server).

The issue occurs if the computer is connected to MS WSUS.

We are currently working alongside Microsoft engineers to solve this issue.

To solve the issue temporarily:

  1. Download and unpack the archive on a computer with the Administration Server installed.
  2. Run the run.bat file as an administrator from the following folder:
    • If you are using MySQL: fix_MySql_13507
    • If you are using MSSQL: fix_MSSQL_13507
