  • Only 32-bit Lotus Notes servers are supported.
  • No support for servers with Domino Configuration Directory.
  • It is impossible to select administrators from the address book during installation when using Windows Internet Explorer 8 (by default, LocalDomainAdmins).
  • Curable OLE objects are detected as incurable under Linux OS.
  • No backup object copies are created in the Quarantine database.
  • Incorrect OS version displayed when installing on Linux OS.
  • It is necessary to use the button “Back” to cancel the installation.
  • If a key file path contains a space, it should be enclosed in quotes under Windows OS,

    for example: "x:file_path\file.key"

  • In case an archive containing both, not infected and infected objects is attached to a document, this archive will be completely erased during disinfection.
  • After performing a secondary installation, the administrator should make sure that all the Database replicas have been created on the secondary installation server. And only after that he should reboot the server.
  • When installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Lotus Domino via a web browser on a second server in the cluster, it is necessary to have Lotus Domino stopped on the first server.
  • Impossible to manage quarantine via a web browser.
  • The application functions incorrectly on Lotus Notes client versions 6.5, 7 when the box "Edit document on protected server" is checked.
  • Document profile cannot be changed via the web interface. It is necessary to restart the server in case of a Lotus Domino crash to start Kav4Lotus.
  • After changing a KAVControlCenter.nsf database replica, documents of the type [Replication or Save conflict] emerge in a replica for server documents.
  • It is recommended to use the default installation path. UNICODE symbols are not supported.
  • It is necessary to match the case of all letters in NotesProgram and Directory values in the notes.ini configuration file with the case used in the Lotus Domino server binary files folder (C:\Program files\IBM\Lotus\Domino, by default) and data folder (C:\Program files\IBM\Lotus\Domino\Data, by default) paths, to correctly install the application in configurations running Microsoft Windows.
