This article concerns all versions of Kaspersky Security Center 10.
 
 
 
 

To troubleshoot issues with Kaspersky Security Center 10 components, Kaspersky Lab technical support specialists may request trace files for the component that is malfunctioning.

Make sure your user account has administrator privileges.

You can get trace files in one of the following ways:

  • Using the klactgui.exe utility. See this aticle for instructions.
  • Using special .reg files. See below for instructions.

Starting from Service Pack 3 (version 10.5.1781.0), we recommend to only use the klactgui.exe utility to collect trace files.
