"Not scanned for a long time" status displayed in the Administration Console

Please note: This issue occurs only in version In the newer version of Kaspersky Security Center 10 MR1 (version 10.1.249) the issue has been fixed. You can download it in the Downloads & Info section.


Although the Virus scan task is completed successfully on a workstation, its status in the Administration Console is displayed as Not scanned for a long time.


Option 1

As a solution, you can disable the Inherit option and then the Not scanned for a long time option in the Set computer status to Critical and Set computer status to Warning sections in the group properties.

Option 2

Install private fix 96 (pf96patch on the affected computers. To get the pf96 patch, please submit a Technical Support request.

To install the pf96 patch on the affected computers, please follow the guidelines of the article.

Please note: the patch is to be installed on client computers only.
