Anti-phishing plugin

With the Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform anti-phishing plugin ("Plugin"), you can give users in your organization the option to inform security personnel about suspicious emails. The plugin can be configured and installed on the ASAP platform in the Company settings section → Report phishing.

During installation, the anti-phishing plugin is integrated in the user's email client. If the user receives a suspicious email, they can click the plugin button and send the email for verification to your company's security team. If the email was sent from a trusted source or as part of a training phishing campaign, the plugin notifies the user.

The plugin installation process consists of several steps:

  1. Plugin settings

You can configure trusted domains, security email addresses, and the plugin icon, and change the language and content of user messages.

  2. Plugin download and installation

Based on the specified settings, a plugin installer is generated that's available for download.

The plugin can be installed on computers in your organization either manually or automatically using Active Directory group policies.

To install the custom part of the plugin, you must use a protected resource with a public name registered to the user. You also need to ensure the safety of this resource from unauthorized access and/or replace the code of pages and scripts.
