Protecting the app against uninstallation

You can protect Kaspersky Internet Security against being uninstalled on the device. If your device is stolen, intruders won't be able to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security and prevent you from using the Anti-Theft feature.

To protect Kaspersky Internet Security against being uninstalled on the device:

1. On the Kaspersky Internet Security quick launch panel, tap Anti-Theft.
2. Unlock access to the feature using your secret code, unlock pattern or fingerprint.
3. In the Additional protection section, tap Uninstallation protection.
4. Turn on the feature.

Kaspersky Internet Security will ask for the secret code when someone tries to uninstall it.
