Compliance with European Union law
When distributed in the European Union, My Kaspersky complies with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (see Information about GDPR). This basically means that you can at any time delete all your personal data provided to My Kaspersky. According to the terms of the GDPR, you can also decline all agreements that you accepted on My Kaspersky.
Delete all your personal data from My Kaspersky
To delete all your personal data,
delete your account.
Decline the My Kaspersky Terms of Use
To decline the agreement,
delete your account.
Decline the consent to be provided with marketing materials by email
To decline the agreement:
- Click the link with your email address in the upper-right corner of the page.
A drop-down menu opens.
- Click the manage your account button.
This opens a window in which you can edit the account settings.
- Go to the Consents tab.
- Click the corresponding Decline button.
The agreement is declined.
Decline the Terms of Use of Kaspersky Safe Kids for My Kaspersky
To decline the agreement and delete all the data provided:
- Click the link with your email address in the upper-right corner of the page.
A drop-down menu opens.
- Click the manage your account button.
This opens a window in which you can edit the account settings.
- Go to the Data provision tab.
- Click the corresponding Delete button.
- Confirm the action.
The agreement is declined and all associated information is deleted.
You can also simply delete your account on My Kaspersky.
Decline Statement on Processing the Data for Monitoring Children’s Activity on Social Media
To decline the agreement and delete all the data provided:
- Click the link with your email address in the upper-right corner of the page.
A drop-down menu opens.
- Click the manage your account button.
This opens a window in which you can edit the account settings.
- Go to the Data provision tab.
- Click the corresponding Delete button.
- Confirm the action.
The agreement is declined and all associated information is deleted.
You can also simply delete your account on My Kaspersky.

To decline the agreement,
