  • The file’s checksum doesn’t correspond with the data on the Kaspersky Lab server.
  • An error on the Kaspersky Lab server.
  • Network issues. 
  • The installer is not on the Kaspersky Lab server.


  1. Check whether or not you have Internet access.
  2. Try to install the application again later. For example, in an hour. 

What to do if the error persists

If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support via the My Kaspersky portal. Please include a detailed description of the issue.
