Check if license is suitable for being used by the adm. server.

Parameters:

pKeyInfo	(params) License attribute container, mandatory. See List of license key attributes for attribute names.
bAsCurrent	(boolean) true to check it as an active one, false to check it as a reserved one.

Exceptions:

Throws exception in case of error.
