Checks whether the license key activates PCloud functionality.
Parameters:
pKeyInfo
(params) License attribute container, mandatory. See List of license key attributes for attribute names. May contain only attribute "KLLIC_SERIAL" if the license is placed in license storage.
Returns:
(boolean) true if license key activates PCloud functionality, false otherwise.
