Compatibility issues of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows and software development tools

If you are using software development tools, such as Microsoft Visual Studio or Borland Delphi on a computer with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows installed, we recommend that you make the following adjustments for better compatibility: 

Add the development tools to the list of Trusted applications and set the check box Do not monitor application activity for it:

1. Open Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows and switch to the Settings tab.
2. Go to the Anti-Virus protection node and switch to the Settings tab.
3. In the Scan exclusions and trusted applications, click Settings.
4. In the Trusted zone window, go to the Trusted applications tab and click Add.
5. Select the application and click OK.

6. In the Scan exclusions for application window, select the check boxes: Do not scan opened files and Do not monitor application activity. Click ОК.

7. Click OK, then Save. 

Add the folder with your projects to Scan exclusions:

1. Open Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows and switch to the Settings tab.
2. In the Scan exclusions and trusted applications, click Settings.
3. In the Trusted zone window, make sure you are on the Scan exclusions and click Add.
4. Click the link select file or folder, specify the path to the folder, and click OK. 

5. Click OK, then Save.
