The Incident Recovery Wizard lets you recover incidents from an archive. The incidents restored from the archive appear in the list of incidents with the (archived) attribute specified in the Status field.
You can configure the incident recovery settings in the Wizard window that opens.
Clicking this button opens the standard Browse window. This window lets you select an archive file with the bak extension, which contains archived incidents.
The path to the archive file is shown in the field on the left.
Clicking this button starts the incident recovery process.
The recovery progress bar is displayed in the Wizard window. Incident recovery may take some time.
After the Wizard finishes, the following recovery results are displayed in the Wizard window:
Number of successfully recovered incidents.
Number of incidents previously recovered from the archive and returned to the list. The application does not restore the same incidents twice to avoid duplicate incident entries in the list.
