Generating a report manually

To generate a report manually:

  1. In the Management Console tree, select the Reports node.
  2. In the Generate and view reports section, click the New report button and select the option corresponding to the type of the report to be created:
    • Incidents by policies.
    • Statistics by users.
    • System KPI.
    • Statistics on statuses of incidents.

    The Report generation settings dialog will appear.

  3. Configure the report settings in accordance with its type:

    Report settings are identical to the settings of the corresponding report generation tasks, except for the task run mode.

  4. Click OK to finish configuring settings and create the report.

The generated report appears in the list of reports and opens for viewing in a new window of the default browser installed in your computer's operating system. If the task is configured to send a report by email, the report is sent to the specified recipients.
