Error when activating the feature Support of the cloud environment using the license for Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security

You may encounter an error when trying to activate the feature Support of the cloud environment using the license for Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security.

Solution

To activate the feature Support of the cloud environment:

1. Go to https://keyfile.kaspersky.com/.
2. Enter your activation code for Kaspersky Security Center and email address.
   The system will prompt you to download the key file.
3. Save the key file to your computer.
4. Activate the feature Support of the cloud environment using the downloaded key file.
