About the subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud 20
The subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud determines the license expiration date and the number of protected devices.
There are three packages:
- Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. A free version with a basic set of features.
- Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal. A full version of the application for one user. Use of Kaspersky Safe Kids is not included.
- Kaspersky Security Cloud Family. A full version of the application for multiple users. Use of Kaspersky Safe Kids is included.

When using Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal and Family, automatic subscription renewal is available. If for some reason the application was unable to renew your subscription automatically, you will be switched to Kaspersky Security Cloud Free when it expires. The subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud Free renews automatically. If you want to disable autorenewal for the paid version, see the Online Help page for instructions.
You can also use a trial version of Kaspersky Security Cloud before purchasing a license. Install Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal or Kaspersky Security Cloud Family and use all the application features during the trial period.
About subscriptions purchased in the App Store or Google Play
If you purchased a subscription for Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal or Family in the App Store or Google Play for use on Windows devices, you will have to purchase another subscription in the App Store or Google Play once it expires.
If you are using the trial version of Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal or Family that you downloaded through the App Store or Google Play, you can use the application for free during the trial period.
Once the trial period expires, Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal or Family will automatically switch to paid mode and your bank card will be charged for your use of the application. If you don’t want to use the paid version of the application, cancel the automatic switching from the free to paid version before the trial period elapses.
