Disabling the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection on a device

The unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection has a licensing limitation for the number of devices that it can be installed on. When you reach this limit, you cannot use the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection on new devices.

However, you can disable the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection on some devices, and then enable it on other devices. When you disable the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection on a device, Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection switches to the free version.

If your subscription to the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is associated with your My Kaspersky account, you can disable the unlimited version only via My Kaspersky. For details on how to disable the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection via My Kaspersky, refer to My Kaspersky documentation.

If your subscription to the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is not associated with your My Kaspersky account, you can disable the unlimited version only from Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, as outlined in the instructions below.

To disable the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection:

  1. Open Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.
  2. In the lower part of the licenses window, tap Disable subscription for this device.
  3. Confirm disabling of the subscription for the device.

    Now, the free version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is used on the device. You can use your subscription to the unlimited version for your other devices.
