"Unable to connect to the VPN provider" error in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for Android

Problem

The "Unable to connect to the VPN provider. Please try again later" error message appears in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for Android when you try to establish a secure connection.

Solution

  • Check the internet connection and whether the network you are connected to requires authentication. 
  • Check with your internet provider if VPN connections are allowed.  
  • In case you use proxy, check if proxy server connection settings are correct.
