Problem
The "Unable to connect to the VPN provider. Please try again later" error message appears in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for Android when you try to establish a secure connection.
Solution
- Check the internet connection and whether the network you are connected to requires authentication.
- Check with your internet provider if VPN connections are allowed.
- In case you use proxy, check if proxy server connection settings are correct.
