In personal user mode, messages can be sent from personal Backup to the current user's address or from the Backup of a group mailbox to the email address of the group mailbox.
An Active Directory domain user for which Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication with the application is configured, and which does not have any role assigned.
Sending messages from personal Backup is available if the administrator has enabled this option in personal Backup settings.
From the personal Backup, you can send messages in which the Anti-Virus, Anti-Phishing and Link scanning modules did not detect any threats, as well as messages with macros.
In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.
If you want to send a group mailbox message, select the relevant mailbox in the left pane.
Do one of the following:
In the list of messages in Backup, select the relevant message and in the View message information window that is displayed, click Send to my email when sending a message from own mailbox Backup or Send when sending a message from a group mailbox Backup.
In the list of messages in Backup, select a check box next to the relevant message, click Send and in the Send messages window that is displayed, click Send to my email when sending a message from own mailbox Backup or Send when sending a message from a group mailbox Backup.
