Sending a group of messages from personal Backup

In personal user mode, messages can be sent from personal Backup of your mailbox to the current user's address, and messages from a group mailbox to the email address of the group mailbox.

Sending a group of messages from personal Backup is available if the administrator has enabled this option in personal Backup settings.

From the personal Backup, you can send messages in which the Anti-Virus, Anti-Phishing and Link scanning modules did not detect any threats, as well as messages with macros.

To send a group of messages from personal Backup:

In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.
If you want to send group mailbox messages, select the relevant mailbox in the left pane.
Select the messages to send:
- If you want to send a group of messages, in the list of messages in Backup, select the check boxes to the left of the relevant messages and click Send.
- If you want to send all displayed messages from Backup, select the check box in the table heading and click Send.
  The maximum number of messages that can be displayed is 5000.
In the Send messages window, click Send to my email when sending a message from own mailbox Backup or Send when sending a message from a group mailbox Backup.

The messages are placed in the sending queue. A progress indicator is displayed in the upper part of the window.

While the messages are being sent, you can continue to manage the KSMG web interface. The messages are sent in the format specified by the administrator in personal Backup settings.

You cannot start sending a new group of messages until the previous group sending or deletion operation finishes.

When the sending is complete, a message is displayed with the result. You can view the details of the operation by clicking the More info link.
