Kaspersky Security 10 for Mobile Service Pack 3 Maintenance Release 1 was released on February 22, 2018.

The release includes:

  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android (version number 10.7.1.47)
  • Administration plug-in for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Mobile SP3 MR1 (version number 10.7.1.14)
  • Administration plug-in for Kaspersky Device Management for iOS 10 SP3 MR1 (version number 10.7.1.10)

What's new

  • Deployment and management of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android via third-party EMM systems (VMWare AirWatch). Kaspersky Lab participates in the AppConfig Community to ensure that the app works with third-party EMM systems.
  • Deployment of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android through the Samsung KNOX Mobile Enrollment console. Samsung KNOX Mobile Enrollment is intended for batch installation and initial configuration of apps on Samsung devices purchased from official vendors.  
  • You can now scan websites that are being opened and block malicious and phishing websites (Web Protection) in the Samsung Internet Browser.
  • A protection level indicator has been implemented. It is displayed in the upper part of the group policy window. You can use the indicator to assess the protection level of devices: high, medium, or low. To ensure a high level of protection, you can change the values of the settings in the indicator window to those recommended by Kaspersky Lab experts.
  • You can now configure a proxy server exclusion for a list of web addresses in the Wi-Fi settings for Android devices (Policy propertiesWi-FiWi-Fi network propertiesDo not use proxy server for addresses).
  • Automatic synchronization of a device with the Administration Server when the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android app is opened.
  • Automatically enabled scanning of websites that are being opened and blocking of malicious and phishing websites (Web Protection) when Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android is granted access to the Accessibility service.
  • Configuration of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android notifications using channels on devices running Android 8.0 or later (Android SettingsApps and notificationsApplication infoKaspersky Endpoint SecurityCategories).
  • The Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Android interface has been updated in the section containing the list of issues.
  • There is no longer support for Kaspersky Safe Browser for Windows Phone.
