There are three versions of Kaspersky Internet Security for Android: free, trial and premium.

Functions Free version Premium and trial versions

Scanner: Manual protection against viruses and other malware.

Anti-Virus: Automatic protection against viruses and other malware.

Call & Text Filter: Blocks unwanted calls and text messages.

Available for smartphones only. If you’re using Android 4.4 or higher, the product functionality is limited.

Anti-Theft: Protects data on your device should it be lost or stolen.

App Lock: Protects access to apps with a secret code.

Text Anti-Phishing: Protection against SMS text messages containing links to malicious websites.

Web Protection: Protection against online threats.

Privacy Protection: Hides your confidential contacts, call history and text message correspondence.

Available for smartphones only. If you’re using Android 4.4 or higher, the product functionality is limited.


The free version of Kaspersky Internet Security for Android is activated automatically when you install the application. 

Activate the trial or premium version of Kaspersky Internet Security for Android in order to use all the its features. 

You can activate the premium version in the following ways:

  • Using an activation code.
  • Using your My Kaspersky account.
  • Via the Google Play Store

Before installing, make sure the date and time are set correctly on your device and that it is connected to the Internet.
