Access permissions to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition functions

By default, users of the groups Administrators and KAVWSEE Administrators (this group gets created on the protected server during installation of Kaspersky Anti-Virus) have access to all Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition functions. 

Users having access to the function Edit permissions in Kaspersky Anti-Virus 8.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition, can grant permissions for Kaspersky Anti-Virus functions to other domain users and users registered on the protected server.

Users not registered in Kaspersky Anti-Virus list of users cannot view Kaspersky Anti-Virus console.

You can grant the following levels of access for the system to Kaspersky Anti-Virus users (group of users):

Full control – permission to access any Kaspersky Anti-Virus functions;
  • Modification – permission to access any Kaspersky Anti-Virus functions except modification of other users' permissions;
  • Read – a view-only permission for Kaspersky Anti-Virus functional components, general Kaspersky Anti-Virus properties, settings of functions and tasks, statistics, and user permissions.

You can also configure more detailed permissions by allowing/denying access to particular Kaspersky Anti-Virus functions.
