If you specify a particular user account during installation to run Kaspersky Security 8.0 for SharePoint Server services, the access to SQL servers is verified only.

Thus, Kaspersky Security 8.0 for SharePoint Server may be installed under a domain user account. In this case the errors (service cannot be started) will start appearing only in the work flow.



Pay attention to the user account selection. Make sure you select one having permissions to access SQL server, as well as Local Administrator and Farm Administrator permissions on the server with Microsoft SharePoint installed.

This issue will be addressed in forthcoming Kaspersky Security 8.0 for SharePoint Server versions.
