When distributed in the European Union, Kaspersky Internet Security complies with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

During installation of Kaspersky Internet Security, you will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy. When you accept the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, you confirm that you are of the required age to install Kaspersky Internet Security within the European Union.

You will be also asked to read and accept the following statements:

  • Statement regarding data processing for improved protection (Kaspersky Security Network Statement), which allows to improve operational protection and essential functionality of the application
  • Statement regarding data processing for marketing purposes (Marketing Statement), which allows Kaspersky to offer you additional benefits

After Kaspersky Internet Security is installed, you will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions required for use of Kaspersky Internet Security: Statement regarding data processing for purpose of using web-portal (Web-portal Statement) and Statement regarding data processing for Web Control.

If you choose to accept these statements, you can still revoke your acceptance in the application preferences at any time.
