Kaspersky application adaptation error when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10
When upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, an adaptation of the Kaspersky application drivers is performed.
If an error occurs during this process, the following application features will be unavailable:
- Detection of threats during operating system startup
- Application protection using Microsoft’s Protected Process Light (PPL) technology.
To remove these restrictions, reinstall the application.
If the issue persists after reinstallation, submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
