How to buy an activation code to renew your license
To buy an activation code for renewing the license for Kaspersky Small Office Security:
- In the bottom-right corner of the main window of Kaspersky Small Office Security, click License. To learn how to open the main application window, see this article.
- Click Renew license.
- On the page that opens, select the number of devices you wish to protect and click Renew.
- Check that the order is correct and read through the conditions and restrictions.
- Click Checkout.
- Enter your details and a select a payment method. Click Review your order.
- Complete your purchase.
The activation code to renew your license for Kaspersky Small Office Security will be sent to the email address you specified when making your purchase.

How to add the activation code on your device

- Scroll down and enter the new activation code in the special field.
- Click Activate.
If your current license has already expired, the application will update the license information. If your license is still valid:

- If you renew your license without using the activation server, your license term will begin as soon as you complete your purchase.
How to renew the license on all connected devices via the Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console
To remotely renew the license on all connected devices via the Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console:
- Purchase a new activation code for Kaspersky Small Office Security and add it to your account.
- Sign in to Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console. For instructions on how to create an account, see this article.
- In the top-left corner, click Licenses.
- Beside the information about the licenses linked to your account, click Devices.
- Click Send license to device.
- Select the device and click Send.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all connected devices.
The license will be renewed remotely on all the devices connected to your Kaspersky Small Office Security Management Console account.
What to do if an activation error occurs
If you get the error “Incorrect activation code” upon entering your activation code in Kaspersky Small Office Security:
- Make sure you have typed the code correctly.
- Make sure you have entered all the characters of the activation code.
