Error: Kaspersky Secure Connection is already installed

If you get the error alert notifying that Kaspersky Secure Connection is already installed, this means you already have the application installed on your computer. 

To run the application:

  1. Open File Manager by pressing the Win+E combination on the keyboard.

  1. Find the ksdeui.exe file:
    • For the users of Windows XP (32-bit / 64-bit):
    • C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Secure Connection 2.0
    • If you are using Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 (32-bit):
      C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Secure Connection 2.0
    • If you are using Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 (64-bit):
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Secure Connection 2.0
  2. Double-click the ksdeui.exe file.

  1. In the lower-right corner of Desktop, click the application icon. Kaspersky Secure Connection is running.
