What to do if the license for your Kaspersky Lab application did not renew automatically

If you purchased a license and enabled autorenewal, but the application was not activated automatically:

  1. In the main window of the application, click License: expired.

Opening the Licensing section

  1. Click Removal icon to the right of the keyRemove.

Removing an activation code

  1. Click Enter activation code.

Entering the activation code

  1. Enter the activation code from the message that was sent to you after you purchased the license.
  2. Click Activate.
