Kaspersky CRYSTAL 2.0 are R2 are no longer supported.

Upgrade the application to the latest version of Kaspersky Total Security:

  1. Make sure you have an activation code. The code consists of 20 numbers and Latin letters and has the following format:
ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ. You may need an activation code if an error occurs when activating the new application version.
To learn where to find your activation code, see this article.
  2. If you don’t have an activation code, click Licensing in the lower right corner of the Kaspersky CRYSTAL main window and take a screenshot of the window with the license number. Kaspersky Lab technical support engineers will restore your activation code using this number.
  3. Open the Kaspersky Lab website and download the latest version of Kaspersky Total Security.
  4. Remove Kaspersky CRYSTAL. See this article for instructions. Make sure the License information checkbox is selected at the Saving objects step.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Install the latest version of Kaspersky Total Security.
  7. If the application is not activated automatically, activate it manually using your activation code.

If you experience any difficulties renewing your license, submit a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support via My Kaspersky.

For instructions on using My Kaspersky, see the Online Help page.
