Once Kaspersky PURE 3.0 is installed there may appear situations when the OS functions unstable. For example, at computer or task start there appear error messages informing about errors in the OS work. In this case most probably there the program conflicts with any software installed on your computer or with drivers of your computer.  

To resolve the error, Kaspersky Lab Technical support may need trace files of the application components.

The actions described below are NOT RECOMMENDED to perform without guidance of the Technical Support expert. Accidental enabling of the product traces might result in the loss of free space on the hard drive.
