After installation of Kaspersky PURE 3.0 some Internet pages can be imaged incorrectly. If you have the same problem, perform the following to rectify it:

Step 1. Disable the application self-defense.

Step 2. In the C:\ root directory create the folder http_packets.

Step 3. Enable traces on the Recommended level using the utility from the application interface.

Step 4. Perform the following actions:

  • if your computer works under OS Windows XP/Vista/7 (32-bit):
    • run the file trace_httpanzl.reg from the folder x86 located in the http_panzl13.zip

  • if your computer works under OS Windows XP/Vista/7 (64-bit):
    • run the file trace_httpanzl.reg from the folder x64 located in the http_panzl13.zip.

Step 5. Restart Kaspersky PURE 3.0. To do it, perform the following:

  1. Right-click the Kaspersky icon in the right lower part of the screen.
  2. Select Exit from the context menu.

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Select the All programs item.
  3. Select Kaspersky PURE 3.0 from the list of applications.
  4. Select Kaspersky PURE 3.0 from the application context menu that will open.

Step 6. Save the program settings to the folder C:\http_packets (Open Kaspersky PURE 3.0 –> the Settings button –> the Additional tab –> Manage Settings –> the Export... button –> in the window Please specify a configuration file select the C:\http_packets folder and enter a file name –> the Save button).

Step 7. Reproduce the problem: launch the Internet browser and try to open the “problem” site once again.

Step 8. Make a screenshot of the problem site.

Step 9. Close the browser.

Step 10. Pack all files in the folder C:\http_packets to an archive, for example, by WinZip, and give the archive a unique name. Delete all files from the folder C:\http_packets.

Step 11. Perform the following actions:

  • if your computer works under OS Windows XP/Vista/7 (32-bit):
    • run the file trace_httpanzl_OFF.reg from the folder x86 located in the http_panzl13.zip

  • if your computer works under OS Windows XP/Vista/7 (64-bit):
    • run the file trace_httpanzl_OFF.reg from the folder x64 located in the http_panzl13.zip.

Step 12. Disable traces on the Recommended level using the utility via the program interface.

Step 13. Enable the application self-defense.

Step 14. Get the report about the system state using the application's utility.

Send the received information with the description of the problem to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via My Kaspersky.
