The following errors may occur when the application is being installed to a computer:
Current version of the operating system is not supported. If the operating system installed on the computer meets all hardware and software requirements but the error still persists, contact Technical Support.
System does not meet the hardware and software requirements. This error occurs if the computer does not meet one or more of the hardware and software requirements. Ensure that your computer meets all hardware and software requirements.
Not enough rights. This error occurs if you are installing the application under an account that does not have local administrator rights. Log in to the system under an account that has local administrator rights and run the Setup Wizard again.
If the computer is running on Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows 8, run the executable file of the Setup Wizard using an administrator account.
Incompatible software detected. This error occurs if Kaspersky Lab anti-virus software is installed on the computer. Remove the incompatible software from the computer and run the Setup Wizard again.
Installation files corrupted. This error occurs if files of the application installation package are corrupted. Download the installation package again and run the Setup Wizard. If this error still persists, contact Technical Support.
Digital signature of installation files is missing. This error occurs in the following cases:
An incorrect system date is set on the computer. In this case, you must check the system date on your computer and, if necessary, change it.
Software restriction policies are configured incorrectly (when the application is installed on Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Vista). In this case, you must configure software restriction policies.
Not enough disk space available. This error occurs if the amount of disk space available on the hard drive of the computer is not enough to download the application files. Check that the computer meets all hardware and software requirements. Free up space on your computer's hard disk: empty the Recycle Bin and delete unnecessary files and folders.
Application is not installed. If this error occurs, run the Setup Wizard again. If this error still persists, contact Technical Support.
