What to do if I have several subscriptions for different number of devices
If you have purchased several subscriptions for different number of devices, then whenever one of them expires, another one is automatically enabled on the device. If the latter supports fewer devices than the former one, the extended Kaspersky Secure Connection version can become unavailable on some of your devices.
To choose devices which are going to use the extended version of the application, follow the steps:
- Open My Kaspersky in a browser.
- Go to the Licenses section.
- In the Kaspersky Secure Connection license panel, click the button Devices.
You will see a list of devices using the subscription.
- Choose a device for which you want to allow or deny access to the extended version of the application.
- Do one of the following:
- If you want to allow access to the extended version of the application, choose Extended version in the drop-down menu.
- If you want to deny access to the extended version of the application, choose Standard version in the drop-down menu.
The device’s access to the extended version of the application will be either allowed or denied, depending on your choice.
