How to disconnect a device from a subscription

Subscription allows you to use the Unlimited version of the application on the specified number of devices. If you have a subscription for five devices, you can choose which five devices you want to use the Unlimited version on. If you have already connected five devices but want to connect another one, you can disconnect the one that is already used and connect another device instead.

The Unlimited version of the application can be used if Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection is installed on the device and the device is connected to My Kaspersky.

To disconnect a device from a subscription:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the main application window, click the button.
3. Select Profile.
4. In the Profile window, click the Disconnect device from subscription link.

   A window opens to confirm detaching the device from the subscription.

5. Click the Sign out button.

The device will be disconnected from My Kaspersky.

Whenever you try to connect more devices than is allowed by your subscription, instead of seeing the Disconnect device from subscription link in the Profile window you will see the Manage devices button that takes you to My Kaspersky.
