Notifications

Kaspersky Safe Kids displays notifications in the upper-right part of the screen to inform you or your children of events that require attention (for example, a notification about the remaining computer time appears when your children log in to their computer accounts). Notifications may also appear in Notification Center.

When installed on macOS 10.15, Kaspersky Safe Kids doesn't have permission to display notifications by default.
