Restrictions on signing in to Kaspersky websites with Google, Apple or Facebook

The Federal Law No. 406-FZ (On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection” and the Federal Law “On Communications”) dd. 31.07.2023 enters into force on December 1, 2023.
This means that from December 1, 2023, you will not be able to sign in via Google, Apple or Facebook to the following Kaspersky websites:
- My Kaspersky
- Kaspersky Knowledge Certification Portal
- Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal
- Kaspersky Cybermates
- Kaspersky Forum
How to sign in to Kaspersky websites
- If you are a new user, register using your email.
- If you created an account via Google, Apple or Facebook and have already set a password, sign in with your email.
- If you created an account via Google, Apple or Facebook and haven’t set a password:
- Go to My Kaspersky.
If you are signed in to your account, click your email address in the upper-right corner and select Exit. - On the sign-in page, click the Forgot your password link.
- Enter the email address that you used to create your account and follow the instructions to recover your password and confirm your email address.
- Go to My Kaspersky.
- If you created your account via Apple, or have multiple external authentication providers linked to your account, or failed to recover your password:
- Sign in to Kaspersky Account with Google or Apple.
- Click Change password and set a new password. Click Change your email and specify a new email address.
- Sign in using this email and password.
