Kaspersky for Android may stop unexpectedly or return an error when running in a background mode.
Solution
- Add Kaspersky for Android to exclusions for the battery saving mode.
- Lift the limitations for running in a background mode for this application, if such limitations are set on device.
- Allow autorun for the application. For more information about the settings, see instructions for your device model on a vendor’s website.
