Creating the Security audit task with the default settings

The task can be run only if you have an active Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes license key with an ICS Audit licensed object.

To use the default vulnerabilities database, update the application databases and modules.

To create and configure a Standard Security audit task:

  1. In the main Kaspersky Security Center Web Console window select DevicesTasks.
  2. Click the Add button.

    The task creation wizard starts.

  3. In the Application drop-down list, select Kaspersky Endpoint Agent.
  4. In the Task type drop-down list, select the required task type and follow the task creation wizard instructions.
  5. On the Source tab, the SCADA vulnerabilities database created by KL ICS Cert value is specified by default. You can view data on OVAL rules supplied by Kaspersky together with Kaspersky Endpoint Agent.

    Click Next to continue creating the task.

  6. In the Selecting an account to run the task window that opens, do one of the following:
    • Select the default account and click Next.
    • Enter the user name and password of the account to be used to start the task and click Next.
  7. In the Finish task creation window, click Finish.

    The task with the default settings will be created and displayed in the list of tasks. You can customize the task settings as you want.

    You can start the created task manually or configure a scheduled task start.
