To set up the certificate verification on a remote device running Linux:
- Go to the remote device running Linux and copy the /etc/xrdp/cert.pem certificate.
- Convert the certificate from the .PEM text format to the .DER binary format by using the command:
openssl x509 -outform der -in cert.pem -out cert.der
- Upload the resulting CERT.DER file to the Kaspersky Security Management Suite policy via Kaspersky Security Center Web Console using the instructions.
- In the Kaspersky Security Management Suite policy, enable the trusted mode.
