Spying malware may register your key strokes and collect your private information, such as logins and passwords, banking information, and account details. To protect your information from interception, use the Secure Data Input component of Kaspersky Small Office Security. It includes two protection features:

  • On-Screen Keyboard is a tool for entering the personal data securely using a pointing device.
  • Secure Data Input is the tool for protecting input from your hardware keyboard.

Secure Data Input supports the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 8 – 11 (except for Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 and 11 tile apps)
  • Microsoft Edge 20.x – 25.x or later
  • Mozilla Firefox 40.x  – 54.x
  • Mozilla Firefox ESR 38.x – 45.x
  • Google Chrome 44.x – 52.x

To run Secure Data Input, restart the computer after you install the Kaspersky Lab product and enable the Kaspersky Protection extension.

Secure Keyboard Input and Kaspersky Protection extension are not supported in Microsoft Edge.

Note that Secure Data Input cannot protect your personal data if the website where you are entering it has been attacked and modified. In such case, the information is transferred directly to criminals.
