The System Watcher component in Kaspersky PURE 3.0 collects data about the actions performed by applications on your computer and gives this information to other components for improved protection.
For your convenience you can configure the following System Watcher settings: exploit prevention, heuristic analysis, roll back malware actions.
Use of the updatable heuristics technology (set of templates of dangerous applications behavior updated on a regular basis) allows adding new patterns to the existing heuristic databases and, therefore, do not update the whole module. New signatures are added during anti-virus databases update. Heuristic analysis use allows blocking malicious actions of an application according to signatures of heuristic database.
In Kaspersky PURE 3.0 you can configure the System Watcher settings to apply a selected action when the application’s activity matches a dangerous behavior template.
