Issue

Kaspersky for Android may stop unexpectedly or return an error when running in a background mode.

Solution

  1. Add Kaspersky for Android to exclusions for the battery saving mode.
  2. Lift the limitations for running in a background mode for this application, if such limitations are set on device.  
  3. Allow autorun for the application.  For more information about the settings, see instructions for your device model on a vendor’s website.

What to do if the error persists
