Issue deploying a Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.1.1 Secure Virtual Machine (SVM) on a Nutanix hypervisor

The article concerns Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent version 5.1.1.

Issue

SVM deployment completes with an error on a Nutanix hypervisor.

Cause

By default, the SVM is deployed in the SelfServiceContainer storage container on this hypervisor. If there is no such storage container, then deployment will not be possible.

Solution

Create the SelfServiceContainer storage container and run the deployment once again.
